Widely respected among industry peers, Mr. Kumar is known for his uncompromising commitment to quality and unwavering integrity — qualities that form the foundation of the company’s promise of trust and excellence.
Yash Kansal

Strategy & Sustainable Development
A civil engineer bringing a global outlook shaped by education at leading institutions including UCLA and Stanford University, along with hands-on experience in the development of multi-billion-dollar luxury projects in Los Angeles. Combining his forward-thinking leadership with a deep understanding of sustainable design and construction, he leads with a clear commitment to integrating strategy, design, and execution to deliver projects that redefine sustainable living.

An engineer and MBA graduate from NMIMS, Mumbai, he combines technical expertise and business acumen. He began his career in business development and sales with a leading Indian software firm, before founding and successfully exiting a land development company. With a strong command of financial planning and strategic structuring, he leads with integrity and a commitment to trust, ensuring disciplined growth and the creation of long-term financial value.
